Inside this 6 month intimate, high touch container you will find so much more than a series of zoom calls and talk therapy: to be in a 1:1 container with me is to be in a cocoon of support, safety and trust. I am an ally in your life and business and here to call you forward. I am a mirror to reflect back your inner voice and give you clarity around your blind spots.
Together we will use specific tools such as m proprietary Life Audit to gain clarity and awareness. I coach you through guided meditations, breathwork and anger release, inner child work, EFT such as tapping and shaking to focus on regulating the nervous system and healing from within. This list is not exhaustive as I use my strong intuitive gifts to discern how I can best serve you in this container.
1:1 COACHING INTENSIVE
This intensive package creates a personal, safe container between you and Bridget for a period of 6 months (24 weeks). The package includes fourteen (14) individual 1:1 coaching sessions, The coaching sessions are 45 min- 1 hour each. They are scheduled as follows: meet once a week over the first four (4) weeks; meet every other week over the remaining twenty (20) weeks. You will have access to Bridget in between your sessions
